Broadband Services

Ashwell IT Services can take the chore out of setting up a new broadband connection, requires that a broadband account has been activated with a service provider. Installation of either the equipment supplied by your service provider or upgraded equipment, where available, and configuration of all devices to connect to your new broadband ie PC's, Games console, Wireless devices.

Have you been asked by your service provider to visit a website when you have told them your Internet connection is down? Domestic and business broadband sometimes require attention that the service provider isn't in a position to provide, Ashwell IT Services can perform tests on broadband equipment to help identify the cause of issues and faults so that broadband can be restored quickly. An upgrade will not be available for all broadband connections, check with either your service provider or Ashwell IT Services.

Upgrading the equipment used to connect to your broadband can be considered as many devices offer additional features beyond that of the devices provided with a new broadband account, possible options will be increased security options, parental control options, media streaming, faster WIFI connectivity and many more.
